" Was warned in the bike shop there that this could take us nearly Five and half hours to complete. Five and half hours we thought he's having a laugh, it's only about 30 miles.
Never have I felt such joy at finishing a trail, this one just goes on and on and on and on, and then just when you have the car park in sight and more importantly a cup of tea, the route takes you on yet another turn and another climb back into the forest.
However this last climb is worth it as the final section of single track is fantastic. The whole route is expertly made and takes in some of the best scenery in Wales.
On the day we were there the mountain peaks lay 3 inchs deep in snow and some of the descents were made tricky by the powdery white stuff trying to slip us from our wheels.
Through valleys, up mountains, down rocky slopes, through forests and over babbling streams - this is one of the toughest yet most rewarding rides I've done.
And after all, like the guy in the shop said it did take the best part of five and half hours, but hey, we did stop about 100 times to look at the fantastic scenery. 10/10" - Matt Clements from Bristol
