Big Welsh Weekend at Margam Park
3 day XC racing and riding fest hits Margam at the end of May. The Big Welsh Weekender is the start of the race season proper for loads of riders and a great weekend whether you're a whippet or just want to turn up ride locally and watch the fast folk.
As well as loads to do on site with big brand demo fleets to try bikes from plus trade tents, kids races etc. as well as guided rides for various levels of experience and fitness on Friday. Then you've got a Saturday of XC racing and then Sunday is Marathon day on the testing 25km course. Camping and all the other facilities you'd expect are all provided on site and it's a classic weekend for anyone with a bit of a burn up bug in their brains.
