www.mtbbreconbeacons.co.uk is the perfect introduction and information resource for some of the best, but easiest to reach riding in Wales.
This extremely informative site has been running for a while, but a total refresh means it's now even easier to go from online to offroad in one of the most outstanding - but often forbidding - mountain areas of Wales.
The site brings together all the information you need on the five Brecon Beacon MTB centres (Brecon, Crickhowell, Sennybridge, Talgarth, Talybont on Usk). This includes trail grading information, printable route maps, accomodation details and link to other local attractions and services. You can also buy the full 16 pack of laminated route maps for the area so you'll never be short of a ride or have your way home washed away on the Black Mountain.
