Marin Rough Ride gets even better
Much loved Marin Rough Ride gets more Torq and less tarmac for 2010. This top cross border riding raid already takes in some of the best secret singletrack in the mid wales area but organiser Nick Eve has been in touch to give us news of some finishing touches that make the event on Sunday June 13th even better. Take it away Nick;
"It’s just over a month to go until the Marin Roughride moorland
mountain bike enduro.
Jerry has tweaked the long route to reduce the amount of tarmac even
further. Don’t worry the new tracks are rock based.
TORQ -the Fitness Consultancy who also produce a range of performance
nutrition products, including their prominent range of Energy bars
and drinks, are going to give every entrant on the Roughride 2010 a
'Torq free gift' at registration. And in addition to this there will
be free TORQ energy drink available (in a choice of four flavours) to
refill water bottle at the main water stops on both the 48km and 75
km routes."
