The drop off double decker diner will fill your face at Brechfa from this weekend. Riders using the excellent trails network at Brechfa are finally getting top quality on site food and friendly help as Ian Luff of the legendary Drop Off cafe in Glyncorrwg opens his bus based cafe for the first time this weekend. While the local pub has been doing stirling work feeding and thirst quenching riders ever since the trails opened at Abergorlech the lack of an actual on site cafe and essential spares provider has always been a thorn in the side for the excellent trail network getting more recognition. In fact the at one point Brian Rumble and his forestry team were threatening to buy a garden shed and a packet of biscuits themselves just so they could qualify as an MBWales trail centre. Now the weekend catering looks set to be far better than just creosote flavoured custard creams though as the Drop Off Double Decker Diner swings into action. Over to Ian Luff for the details.
