Based in a stunning spot on the edge of Brechfa Forest multi-award winning MudTrek offer groups of 2-12 the unique concept of a “ski-chalet… for mountain bikers… in Wales”!
Our guests come from all over the UK and abroad, are both male & female, single sex groups and families, beginners to advanced, who love the all-inclusive package we offer: great accommodation, fantastic food & awesome, bespoke “off piste” guiding from the door and exclusive to you – we don’t mix groups. Everything is done for you – just ride and relax!
With 3 cottages (2 linked if required) and a totally flexible bed set up we can cater for almost any group dynamics. 2 or 3 night weekends are very popular but we also offer 4 night mid-week breaks and 7 night holidays.

Our enviable location is on the doorstep of the world renowned Brechfa Trails however we specialise in “off piste” guiding here at MudTrek. Guiding days are built specifically around each exclusive group and their requirements, skill level and expectations. We don’t mix your group with another. Check the website for the many options available including epic “rides from the door – to the pub!” Transportation to (if necessary) and back from each ride is included. Our MIAS qualified MTB guides will be pleased to discuss ideas prior to your stay or on arrival. 1 guide is allocated for groups of 2-8 and 2 guides are allocated for groups of up to 12.
