A great route taking you from the village of Llanfihangel GM on a tour through Clocaenog Forest and up to the Alwen Reservoir. From there you will cross the magnificent dam and continue on to Llyn Brenig, via forest roads. On the route back to Llanfihangel GM, take a moment to climb up Craig Bron Banog for breathtaking views of Snowdonia to the west and the Clwydian Range to the east.
