CAR PARK AND TRAIL CLOSED. NRW want to keep the public, and our staff, safe. The UK and Welsh Governments have closed caravan parks, campsites, tourist hotspots and popular beauty spots to visitors. In support of this, from 23 March, NRW have CLOSED all Natural Resources Wales (NRW) car parks, toilets, play areas and mountain bike trail in the woods, forests and National Nature Reserves that we manage. NRW advice is to take care of yourself and others. When possible, relax and keep active but ensure you follow the Public Health Wales and Government guidance about social distancing.

“Some trails say a whole lot about their builders and Summit tells you straightaway that the locals here can really ride. A distinctly different, highly technical rhythm carved into super steep slopes makes this a superbly challenging and exhilarating ride.”

Natural Resource Wales, in partnership with Ceredigion County Council and Summit Cycles bring to you the Summit Trail. This is a demanding route with some technical singletrack descents and long climbs. Parts are open and exposed, watch out for the weather.

The ‘Summit’ Trail is a roller coaster ride of fantastic purpose built single track that weaves its way through conifer plantations, down steep side slopes and along deep river valleys.
